Project Overview
A business was managing a core part of its operations manually, which created delays, inconsistency, and unnecessary admin work. The process relied too heavily on spreadsheets, back-and-forth communication, and manual updates, making it harder to scale efficiently. We designed and built a custom internal app that centralized the workflow, reduced manual handling, and gave the business a cleaner operational system.
The Challenge
The business had a working process, but it was not built to scale. Main issues: too much of the workflow was being handled manually; information was spread across different tools; the process depended on repetitive admin work; visibility across tasks and progress was limited; the team was losing time on coordination instead of execution; the system was creating friction as demand increased.
