A New Site for SPH Services

SPH Services provides chauffeurs, private jets, and close protection in London, UK. Its site credits Ravenence in the footer.

What does a customer see when they ask an AI assistant which London chauffeur company to book for a Heathrow transfer? If the areas covered, the airports served and who comes with the car are not on your site in plain words, the assistant has nothing to quote, and the customer books with whoever it can.

We spoke with the CEO of SPH Services about who books with the company, why the site was built, what it answers before a client calls, and what it runs on.

The first version was built in January 2026, and the site has kept growing since. Here is the interview.

Ravenence: How did SPH Services start, and who books with you today? It helps to know who your customers are before we talk about the site.

CEO: SPH Services, short for Signature Performance Hire, provides chauffeur-driven cars, private aviation and close protection. London is our home, with Mayfair and Central London as our core area, and we work across the UK.

The people who book with us are corporate executives, private families, international delegations, luxury hotels and investment firms.

Every car in our collection is hired with a professional chauffeur, and we do not offer self-drive. Discretion matters to our clients, so the website has to feel calm and clear before they ever pick up the phone.

Ravenence: What made you decide to rebuild the website, and what was the old site getting wrong?

CEO: We wanted a site that matched the service. A client booking a chauffeur or a private jet expects the website to feel as considered as the car that arrives.

We also wanted real cars on the page, with the whole collection and the aviation options in one place, and a clear way to ask for a quote.

Ravenence: What do customers usually ask before they book? Which of those questions did the new site need to answer?

CEO: Clients ask the practical things first. Which areas do you cover? What does it cost? Do I need to provide my own driver? How do I book?

The home page answers each of those in plain words, and the answers are marked up so search engines and AI assistants can read them.

Beyond the home page, there is a page for each airport we serve, Heathrow, Gatwick, Stansted and London City. There is also a page for each area we work in most, Mayfair, Knightsbridge, Chelsea and Kensington, and a page each for airport transfers, weddings, corporate travel and long-term hire.

Ravenence: What does the new site run on? It's useful for readers who are weighing up a rebuild of their own.

CEO: It is a React site with a database behind it, so the team can change the cars, aircraft and services without touching code.

Pages:

  • The car collection and a page for every car, each with a quote link that selects that car.
  • Private aviation, with a page for every aircraft.
  • Services, including dedicated pages for airport transfers, weddings, corporate travel and long-term hire.
  • Eight pages for the airports and the areas we serve most.
  • A journal, an about page, a philosophy page, a contact page with a booking tab, and the legal pages.

Behind the site:

  • Vite, React and TypeScript, with fleet, aircraft, services and journal content held in Supabase.
  • Booking, contact and aviation forms that save every request and send an email notification, plus call, WhatsApp and quote buttons in the header and footer.
  • Pages that are prerendered at build time, with a generated sitemap, hosted on Vercel.
  • An admin dashboard where the team manages bookings, enquiries, customers, the fleet and the journal, and sees form and call counts and Google Search Console performance.

Ravenence: What has changed since the new site went live? We'd love to hear what customers have noticed.

CEO: The site now answers questions before clients have to ask them, and the team runs everything from one place.

  • Questions: areas, airports, who drives and how to book are all answered on the site.
  • Booking: clients can request a quote from any car page, with that car already chosen, or reach us by phone, email or WhatsApp.
  • Team: bookings, enquiries and content are managed from a single dashboard, without developer help.

Straight answers and steady updates from start to finish. Ravenence made the rebuild the easiest project we ran this year.

Ravenence: If readers want to learn more about SPH Services, where should they go?

CEO: Our website has the collection, the aviation options and the booking form, and you can reach the concierge team by phone, email or WhatsApp from there. We are also on Instagram as @sph_ldn.
