A Next.js Site for Alignment AI

Alignment AI builds AI systems for luxury custom builders and high-end designers in the USA.

What happens when a serious prospect lands on a luxury builder's site late at night? If no one answers, they move on to the next firm. Alignment AI sells the answer to that problem, so its own site had to show it working.

We spoke with the CEO of Alignment AI about who the company works with, why the site was built, what it answers before a prospect books a call, and what it runs on.

The build started in April 2026. Here is the interview.

Ravenence: How did Alignment AI start, and who works with you today? It helps to know who your clients are before we talk about the site.

CEO: We work with luxury custom builders, architectural designers and other high-end service firms.

Their clients expect a fast, personal response. Our systems help the firm give one, without the team checking messages around the clock.

Ravenence: What made you decide to build a new website, and what did it need to do?

CEO: Our main product is an AI concierge, so the site had to be the demonstration.

A visitor should meet Aria, our concierge, have a real conversation, and see what their own clients would see.

Ravenence: What do prospects usually ask before they book a call? Which of those questions did the new site need to answer?

CEO: Prospects ask how their data and their clients' data is protected, whether the AI will sound off-brand, who owns the leads, whether it replaces their team, and what they need to do to start.

The site answers each of those in its common questions section. Aria then handles the conversation itself.

Ravenence: What does the new site run on? It's useful for readers who are weighing up a build of their own.

CEO: It is a Next.js site, written in TypeScript, with a database behind it.

Pages:

  • One public page with our philosophy, services, the concierge, the team and common questions.
  • A privacy page.
  • A sign-in and a private dashboard for our team.

Behind the site:

  • Aria, built on OpenAI, asks five questions in order: the project, its scale, the budget, the timeline, and the visitor's name and email.
  • When a conversation ends, Aria scores the lead from 1 to 10 with a one-line reason and saves it to Supabase with the full transcript.
  • Aria stays on task. It will not act as a general assistant or discuss how it was built.
  • Each visitor can send a limited number of messages per hour.
  • The dashboard shows every lead with its score and transcript, and lets the team mark a lead as contacted.

Ravenence: What has changed since the new site went live? We'd love to hear what prospects have noticed.

CEO: Prospects now meet the product before they meet us.

  • Demonstration: visitors talk to Aria on the site, at any hour.
  • Leads: every conversation reaches the dashboard with a score and the full transcript.
  • Team: we start each call already knowing the project, the budget and the timeline.

Ravenence built Aria to sound like us, and the dashboard shows us every conversation.

Ravenence: If readers want to learn more about Alignment AI, where should they go?

CEO: Our website has our services and the team, and you can speak with Aria from any section.
