A New Site for Melbourne Clean Pro

Melbourne Clean Pro is a commercial cleaning company in Melbourne, Australia.

What does a clinic manager see when they ask an AI assistant for a commercial cleaner in Melbourne? If the spaces you clean and how you work are not on your site in plain words, the assistant has nothing to quote.

We spoke with the founder of Melbourne Clean Pro about who the company cleans for, why the site was built, what it answers before a client asks for a quote, and what it runs on.

The site was built in December 2025. Here is the interview.

Ravenence: How did Melbourne Clean Pro start, and who books with you today? It helps to know who your customers are before we talk about the site.

Founder: We are a commercial cleaning company based in Melbourne. We clean medical clinics, gyms, offices and mosques, and we turn over Airbnb properties between guests. We also do end of lease cleans.

Every job has a supervisor on site, and a contract manager visits each site daily. All our cleaners are police-checked.

Ravenence: What made you decide to build a new website, and what did it need to do?

Founder: A clinic and a gym need very different cleans, and we wanted the site to show that. Each type of space needed its own page.

It also had to make asking for a quote simple, because every quote starts with a visit to the client's premises.

Ravenence: What do customers usually ask before they book? Which of those questions did the new site need to answer?

Founder: Customers ask what is included, who will be in their building, and how the price is worked out.

  • What is included: each service page lists the tasks for that type of space.
  • Who comes: the site explains our supervisors, daily manager visits and police checks.
  • How pricing works: the site explains that a final quote follows a free onsite inspection.
  • Proof: the site describes the photo reports and quality checks we send after each clean.

There is also an FAQ page for the questions we hear most.

Ravenence: What does the new site run on? It's useful for readers who are weighing up a build of their own.

Founder: It is a Next.js site, hosted on Vercel.

Pages:

  • A home page, a services page and a page for each service: offices, medical clinics, gyms, mosques, Airbnb turnovers and end of lease cleaning.
  • About, pricing, why choose us, FAQ and contact pages.

Behind the site:

  • Next.js, React and Tailwind.
  • A quote form that emails the team through Resend, with the type of space in the subject line, so we know the job before we open the message.
  • Business details marked up as a local business, so search engines know where we work.
  • A sitemap and robots file, and Vercel Analytics to see which pages people visit.

Ravenence: What has changed since the new site went live? We'd love to hear what customers have noticed.

Founder: Clients arrive knowing how we work.

  • Services: every type of space we clean has its own page.
  • Quotes: requests arrive with the type of space already named.
  • Trust: supervisors, police checks and photo reports are explained before the first call.

Clear pages for every type of space we clean, and a quote form that tells us exactly what the client needs.

Ravenence: If readers want to learn more about Melbourne Clean Pro, where should they go?

Founder: Our website has every service and the quote form, and you can call or email us from any page.
